When you commission me, you agree to these terms of service.If you don’t read the terms of services, I will not take responsibility for your own inaccuracy.Because I suffer from Fibromyalgia - chronic pain syndrome (FMS), my commissions may be much slower than those of the other artists. Please understand that by commissioning my work, you are aware of my situation. I want to focus on the quality versus quantity and therefore I have to limit the amount of commissions I can take. Thank you for respecting my situation.

WORKFLOW

➤ due to my FMS, please wait kindly for me to message you. This might take from 1 to 12 months.
➤ client can also check :Trello
➤ I will contact the client and ask whether they are still interested in commission
➤ If the client approves, I will provide extra information and sketches before payment.
➤ I will start the process AFTER payment is completed.
Once I start the commission it should take 1 to 6 months until completionI can only take on a limited number of commissions at a time and as much as I want to accommodate everyone - I cannot accept everyone.

TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you agree to the following‣ Commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwiseArtwork for commercial use will incur a higher fee therefore please let me know before the order‣ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy ,heavy reference from the drawing in any way or use it as assets to your fitting, including the use of the artwork as a base or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (@naiichie) or a link going back to one of my socials, must be given at all time‣ Using my artwork as a NFT Non Fungible Token or AI is NOT ALLOWED‣ Commissioners can print the art for themselves, not including merch or any ways of profiting from it and claim the right of their characters, but not the drawing itself. Art can be used to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.‣ If the client fails to respond to feedback revision requests within 5 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project. Continuous noncommunication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client‣ I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media‣ Unless stated in the request, It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch or discord unless requested differently by the client

The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing or any other merchandise.➤ My Skebs are excluded from the Communication T.o.S : For the Skebs there will be no communication throughout the process! I will contact you in the beginning after accepting your request for the payment and once I'm done with your skeb.✧. ┊Workflow-in detail➤Send in the filled form➤The form will be almost like a waiting list. I won't be opening or closing commissions. You will be one of the applicants and If I'm available to work on the commission.
I will message you directly and ask whether you are still interested in the commission. ( note that sometimes it might take months for me to accept your commission, it doesn't mean that you got rejected.)➤Sketching process will start after you make the payment.➤I will show you the sketch. during the sketch phase you can change anything as much as you want. ( doesn't apply to SKEB)➤Line Art/Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.➤Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last feedback to tweak little things.➤After everything is approved, I will send you a wetransfer link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork. You will receive a digital file - No physical items will be delivered.✧. ┊ COMMUNICATIONI am unable to type due to the same condition mentioned above. Because I will be using speech to text for our communication, I apologise if I appear cold or distant. My communication is limited, but I'll make absolutely sure we communicate about all of the information required for me to complete your commission in the best way possible.If you prefer I am willing to communicate about the information via call.✧. ┊ REFUNDSRefunds are accepted. Only if your commission has not been started yet. No refunds accepted afterwards.✧. ┊ REVISIONSI'll keep the project open for final adjustments for a week after I deliver the completed project. Revision requests from the customer should be sent over DMs going forward.Once the artwork is complete, I can make minor modifications to the colours or add any other elements I might have missed.Only if I made a mistake in the final product would I make modifications (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).After this time, revision requests will be treated as "upgrade" projects and will be processed and planned accordingly. you must make sure your order has all the information you want me to use.My Skebs are excluded from the Project Delivery and Revision T.o.S above: For the Skebs there will be no revisions.✧. ┊ IMPORTANT➤If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece.
I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
I will decline the chargeback and supply stripe with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS‣ Rush fee/skip queue +50$~ 200$ (FOR VTUBER)‣ Working on a commission privately ( not being allowed to stream) +200$I may choose to revise these terms from time to time at any point.By continuing to use my art and other project deliverables and services, the client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.
